The Artist / Photographer Matt Bringhurst
I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Utah. At a early age I was introduced to the world of Photography, watching my grandmother process her film in her dark room. In my early years of backpacking I would take a one time use camera and capture what I thought would be great images. I was always disappointed with the results. So I bought a film SLR and taught myself how to use the camera to get the desired shots I wanted. I switched to shooting with a DSLR and haven't looked back.
When I go out on a shoot I love the connection with nature, whether shooting a Landscape, Lightning, Giga Panos or Astro Photography. It's a absolute thrill to capture a moment in time and to be able to share the beauty that we are surrounded with.
